Golden Canyon is a trail to The Red Cathedral. Its really a washout from the rains. You see sharp contrasts in the rock and soil types. In the early pictures you see the remains of a long past effort to put a road here.
The pictures following the Red Cathedral we captured as we left the area. And we came across this very strange out of place rock.
