You may notice there are no photos of Portland. It is, however, a city like many, with both good and bad. The drone photos of our RV Park should show that we were only here for a quick visit with family.
What was really interesting, was driving up the Columbia River Gorge to Hood River for the day. In photos 6 & 7 you can see snowcapped Mt. Hood. Hood River is famous for windsurfing sports. It seemed like we saw every type of windsurfing possible.
On the way home we stopped and took a short hike out to two waterfalls; Horsetail Falls & Ponytail Falls. Ponytail Falls you actually get to walk behind the falls!
