The day finally arrived when we would drive away from our house.
We didn’t get far…our tow car was hit while we sat at a stop sign. We waited 7 weeks for it to be fixed.
We found an RV park a few miles from our house. It turned out to be a good thing. We had time to learn how to live in the RV and we even washed it.
Because of the delay, our initial plan of traveling to Northern California changed dramatically. It was now approaching winter and would be too cold there.
