We did a quick overnight in a large rest are near Turlock. Once we arrived in Vallejo, we ended up in a shabby RV park in a bad part of a poor town. While we stayed in Vallejo, we mostly just left it. This stop was 30 minutes or less from the 3 groups we came to visit.
We came to visit 2 of Martha’s Nephews, and some old friends from San Francisco.
We spent a day up on Mt Tamalpais. We were fortunate to have a crystal clear day. There are beautiful views of San Francisco and the Bay area. We attempted to go to Muir woods, but its no longer a walk-in day park. (sshhh… I think Nandi (the cat) is planning something)
