This was an unexpected stop. We needed to use up 6 days before heading to Atlanta (my fault). The RV Park is in the midst of rebuilding and adding new areas. It actually has a saltwater pool, but was under repair. Our site was a gravel area with hookups. There was a small pond behind us and the kitties enjoyed walking amongst the construction debris.
Calhoun is a normal little town, but had this interesting tourist attraction, The Rock Garden. Over 50 miniature Churches and Castles of known sites like Notre Dame. Made using small pebbles and mortar, they have astonishing detail. All volunteer built.
