We fled Carlsbad after being scoured by dust storms during a period of relative calm. Tucson was further than our window for driving, but we stumbled across a place we already had ties to.
In order to travel freely, you have to have a non PO Box based address. ESCAPEES is the Service we use for this. Turns out they have RV Stops all over the country where we, as members get to stay at huge discounts.
Escapee Parks are no frills in some areas, communities in others.
We found the Dream Catcher RV Park, and they are an ESCAPEE park, we stayed for $25 a night.
You can see from the single photo, its a massive, very level gravel space, with hooks ups spaced out nicely. Very clean.
This stop was half way to Tucson. The last photo is us back on the road to Tucson, after a goodnights sleep.
