This is the first park where we stayed for a month. We came to Mississippi because of the cost and we had tickets to see Derek Hough’s Symphony of Dance in New Orleans.
As the name implies this park is on the bayou. It’s surrounded by water and has it’s own boat ramp.
While staying here we went on a long bike ride and explored Hwy 90, which was closed to cars for bridge repair. Being closed added 30 min to our drive to New Orleans.
We went on a swamp tour and visited a nearby NASA museum.
This was our very first RV Thanksgiving and cooking was a blast. The meal was wonderful!
The kitties are getting bigger every day. They continue to be great travelers.
